1. Event Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Vande Wellness:
    If an event is cancelled by us, 100% of the payment will be refunded to the registered participant.

  • Cancellation by Participant:

    • A substitute participant may attend in your place at no additional charge. Please inform us in advance.

    • For events priced at ₹8,000 or more:
      Cancellations made before the event begins are refundable, minus any non-refundable deposit.
      No refund will be issued if cancellation is requested after the event begins.

    • For events priced below ₹8,000:
      Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will be fully refunded.
      No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

  • No Transfer of Payment:
    Payments are non-transferable to other programs or sessions.

Note: Cancellations incur costs related to venue arrangements, materials, catering, and administrative efforts. Early confirmation helps us better serve all participants. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Therapy & Consultation Cancellation Policy

  • We operate by prior appointment only.
    Appointments may be scheduled via phone by providing:

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Contact Number

    • Payment details for slot reservation

  • Cancellation or rescheduling requires minimum 12 hours’ notice.

  • Late Cancellations:
    Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total service amount.

3. Additional Guidelines

  • Most Ayurvedic therapies require preparation. To serve you better, prior booking is mandatory for all sessions.

  • Clients are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

  • Late Arrivals:
    Delayed arrivals may result in shortened sessions without reduction in fees, in order to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.

  • Service Charges:
    Our pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes (GST or other local levies) will be added to the final bill as per Government of India regulations.
